A renowned global investment firm is looking for an investment analyst to join their real estate team. This role offers the chance to participate in the complete investment life-cycle, including due diligence and financial modelling. The ideal candidate will have a degree from a top university and 2 years of relevant experience in real estate investment or finance. Our client is a European PE Real Estate investment team focused on direct real estate equity and debt investments, across all sectors including but not limited to Residential / Living, Commercial, Data Centres, Hotels, Mixed-Use and unique / Sui Generis asset classes.
Participate in the full investment life-cycle (screening through to execution); due diligence, modelling and deal underwrites for new acquisitions as well as portfolio / asset appraisals. Work closely with the SVP and leadership team to acquire new assets and execute value-add business plans. Assist in researching and growing deal pipeline across major European jurisdictions and in all segments / sectors of Real Estate. Lead on research and detailed financial modelling to assess cash flow, deal performance, sensitivities / stress-testing investment outcomes. Coordinate with financial and legal advisors on deal structuring and execution. Monitor the performance of property portfolios and suggest optimisation strategies. Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
