A leading consultancy firm in Greater London seeks a Senior Partner to drive growth in the Place and Infrastructure sectors. You'll be responsible for securing substantial revenue and building vital relationships across public and private sectors. The role demands strong leadership and expertise in digital transformation, ensuring successful project delivery. Your experience in business development combined with strategic planning will be essential for identifying meaningful opportunities and contributing to long-term client partnerships.
At TPXimpact, we believe in people-powered transformation. We are looking for two exceptional Senior Partners to lead, shape and grow our presence across the Place and Infrastructure ecosystem — spanning land use planning, energy and net zero, transport, and the green environment.
Whether you're deeply rooted in public policy, have cut your teeth in delivery or business development, or you're a specialist in the built environment, transport, energy systems or green infrastructure, what matters most is your ability to identify and grow meaningful opportunities at the intersection of digital transformation and place.
This is a high-impact growth and leadership role — you’ll have the mandate, autonomy and backing to build long-term relationships, craft compelling propositions, and convert strategy into revenue and sustainable delivery outcomes.
We welcome candidates with either blended experience across delivery and sales / growth, or a specialism in strategic business development, provided it's grounded in real understanding of how digital, design and data can improve place and the built environment and public outcomes.
Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new opportunities across one or more domains: planning, housing, energy / net zero, transport or environment.
Secure a minimum of £1m+ annual revenue via consultancy, technology or design-led projects.
Cultivate relationships with senior decision‑makers and stakeholders across public, private and third sectors.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cluster and sector leads, marketing, and delivery teams.
Shape and deliver compelling pitches and proposals for complex (£1-10m+) programmes.
Position TPXimpact’s full-service capabilities, from agile delivery and service design to digital platforms and infrastructure data.
Act as strategic advisor to key accounts; maintain high levels of trust with clients.
Support transition from sales to delivery, ensuring delivery teams are equipped with insights and context.
Where appropriate, take an active leadership role during mobilisation or critical phases of project delivery.
Shape internal investment priorities (e.g. skills development, recruitment or campaign design).
Provide mentoring and coaching to others in the growth or delivery functions.
Drive internal alignment between growth and delivery across digital, data, technology and transformation disciplines.
