Job description

At TPXimpact, we believe in people-powered transformation. We are looking for two exceptional Senior Partners to lead, shape and grow our presence across the Place and Infrastructure ecosystem — spanning land use planning, energy and net zero, transport, and the green environment.

Whether you're deeply rooted in public policy, have cut your teeth in delivery or business development, or you're a specialist in the built environment, transport, energy systems or green infrastructure, what matters most is your ability to identify and grow meaningful opportunities at the intersection of digital transformation and place.

This is a high-impact growth and leadership role — you’ll have the mandate, autonomy and backing to build long-term relationships, craft compelling propositions, and convert strategy into revenue and sustainable delivery outcomes.

We welcome candidates with either blended experience across delivery and sales / growth, or a specialism in strategic business development, provided it's grounded in real understanding of how digital, design and data can improve place and the built environment and public outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new opportunities across one or more domains: planning, housing, energy / net zero, transport or environment.

Develop go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cluster and sector leads, marketing, and delivery teams.

Shape and deliver compelling pitches and proposals for complex (£1-10m+) programmes.

Position TPXimpact’s full-service capabilities, from agile delivery and service design to digital platforms and infrastructure data.
