A leading banking institution seeks an Operational Resilience Manager to strengthen its Business Continuity framework and support business units in resilience planning. Located in Birmingham with a hybrid working model, you'll drive adoption of BC tools, design scenario exercises, and ensure alignment with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Business Continuity qualification and experience in complex environments. You will play a key role in safeguarding customers and enhancing operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Recognised Business Continuity qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO 22301:2019 and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with data literacy.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Business Continuity framework and align with regulations.
• Ensure BC policies fit with Group-wide standards.
• Support business units to improve continuity plans.
• Drive adoption of BC tools and develop MI capabilities.
• Design and deliver scenario exercises to identify gaps.
