A leading financial technology firm is seeking a Senior Operational Analyst to join its UK Product team. This role will focus on operational expertise across UK and Euro payment services, ensuring operational consistency and addressing customer pain points. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in operational analysis within the payments sector and exceptional analytical skills. A competitive salary between £70,000 and £105,000 is offered for this remote position in the UK and EU.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Operational Analyst to join the UK Product team within Form3. This role will act as an operational product expert across Faster Payments, Bacs and SEPA payment products, analysing operational data and trends, whilst sitting at the intersection of Product, Operations, Engineering and Client teams. Working within a cross-product and cross-regional remit, this role ensures that operational issues, customer pain points and platform-level risks are identified early and efficiently addressed.
Form3’s Product team are the backbone of our ground-breaking services, holding responsibility for creating and developing real-time, cutting-edge payments technology products for our full scope of financial services customers. This role sits within the UK and Euro Product team, where the key focus is to build and run best-in-class payments services. It is a fast-paced, collaborative team, who are proud of Form3’s market-leading UK and Euro product offerings.

Stage Two: Team Interview with a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager
Stage Three: Zoom Interview with two Heads of Product
Stage Four: Executive Review with the Chief Product Officer

Please note that salary is determined based on years of experience and interview performance; the salary range for this role is £70,000 - £105,000 (including +10% flex).
