We're currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about driving positive change through expert health and wellbeing support.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient, and supportive occupational health and wellbeing service, offering advice and guidance to staff, managers, and HR on areas such as sickness absence, rehabilitation, workplace adjustments, and preventative wellbeing measures.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and guiding a clinical team, providing supervision, performance management, and mentoring
  • Setting up and running a Wellness Clinic, delivering employee wellbeing and health promotion initiatives
  • Overseeing requests for advice, managing resources, and monitoring caseloads effectively
What we’re looking for
  • Registered Nurse with a postgraduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health (NMC Level 3)
