My client is a leading boutique developer, known for creating high-specification, design-led homes across Kent & West Sussex, who are now looking for an experienced Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a key front-facing role for a polished and driven property sales professional who can offer an exceptional, consultative experience to buyers from first enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales journey for new homes, from initial enquiry to completion
  • Deliver a tailored, high-quality service to a discerning client base
  • Conduct private viewings, manage the sales suite, and support marketing activity
  • Liaise with solicitors, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates
  • Share buyer feedback and market insight to shape sales strategy
About You
  • Proven success in new homes sales, ideally in the premium market
