Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting software solutions in a related environment.
• Strong understanding of telecom evolution, including 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Customer-facing experience with data networking and IT applications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Blue Planet customer cases and issues.
• Identify, analyze and resolve issues, providing feedback to the larger team.
• Raise issues with Engineering teams to get them resolved.
