An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to become part of our highly successful team based in Marylebone, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge while working with a varied Lettings portfolio. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for letting multiple properties and networking for new instructions. You will be responsible for registering and managing a list of applicants ensuring they are regularly contacted and offered new properties, producing lettings paperwork and ensuring that the tenancies are compliant and let in accordance with our Residential letting SOPS.
The successful candidate will join a team of 5 within our vibrant office, located in the heart of Marylebone Village.

We are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator who is motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. You\'ll be a strong team player who can work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Being IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software is important. Experience of the local residential lettings market in Marylebone is highly desirable.
