Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Manager or similar is essential.
  • Several years of experience within a multi-site FM related environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Able to use own initiative, be innovative and take responsibility for decisions.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of FM contracts to ensure compliance and service levels.
  • Lead cyclical maintenance and inspections across the estate.
  • Manage risk and compliance across operational areas.
  • Ensure high service standards are delivered across all sites.
  • Lead day-to-day maintenance tasks and site inspections.

Education

NEBOSH general certificate
IWFM/IOSH membership
