Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor with experience in commercial valuation or lease advisory work.
• Enjoys autonomy while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease consultancy and market valuations.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently to meet billing targets.
• Attend training and team meetings every eight weeks.
