Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom – GBP95k to GBP100k per annum + package

Our client is an established mechanical project and maintenance specialist with a strong reputation and a consistent pipeline of work. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a new commercial construction project in the City of London.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for client management, team management, and the financial delivery of the mechanical works for the new site in City of London. Experience as a Senior Mechanical Manager working for a Mechanical Contractor is essential. You will need to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.
  • Experience as Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or currently working as a Project Manager within the building services industry; experience in Public Sector Contracts would be advantageous.
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as SMSTS/ISOH/NEBOSH.
  • Experience delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience dealing directly with Clients and the public.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.

  • Full responsibility for budget, programme, quality, supplier and subcontractor management.
  • Participation in bid/tender processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
