Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Canary Wharf, London

£90,000 + package (bonus, car allowance, enhanced pension plus more)

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a MEP Contractor based close to Canary Wharf in London. Over the last 10 years, these guys have seen turnover grow from around £42million to over £100million and have a large pipeline of new projects which look set to last well into 2027.

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager who joins the team will be working alongside an existing Electrical counterpart to deliver projects across Education, Commercial and Healthcare.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects and will take them from the point of winning the tender through to completion and handover.

One of the key aspects we are looking for is the ability to spot issues in the Designs before they hit site. You won’t be sat there doing calculations - there is a very good Engineering team for this, rather using your experience to identify issues before they become problems.

This job would suit a PM from a Project Engineering background.

The long term here is a very clear route to a Regional role.
