The Role
  • Lead by example, supporting the mechanical team on site
  • Act as escalation point for complex mechanical faults
  • Carry out audits on PPMs and drive continuous improvement
  • Hands‑on maintenance across AHUs, MTHW/LTHW, pumps, FCUs, PUs, calorifiers, PHEs, controls and chillers
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and high standards of workmanship
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant NVQ/C&G or Equivalent Qualification
  • Healthcare background preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
