Are you a passionate Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in the Building Services industry? We are looking for someone who thrives across all RIBA Stages 1–7 , from concept design right through to project delivery – including attending site when required.

You will be working on healthcare projects primarily, but also across education, residential, and commercial sectors, offering you a variety of technical challenges and opportunities for growth.

What You will Be Doing:

• Leading mechanical design across multiple sectors
• Taking full project ownership from concept through to completion
• Creating and reviewing detailed design work
• Attending client and site meetings as needed
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the business

What We are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design engineering (building services)
• Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 1–7
• Confident in running your own projects
• Comfortable attending site visits and managing delivery
• Ideally based near Manchester , with flexibility for hybrid working
