A leading fast-food brand in the UK is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies for new restaurant openings and regional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-impact launches and multi-channel strategies. Responsibilities include managing agencies, building community relationships, and ensuring top-quality campaign execution. This role offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and various benefits including private healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Regional & Openings to help shape how Popeyes bursts into every new community we join. With around 50 new restaurants opening each year, this is high‑pace, high‑impact work‑‑perfect for a marketer who thrives on big moments, big launches, and bringing a brand to life at scale. If you love the buzz of new openings, regional campaigns, and multi‑channel activation, this is your chance to make your mark at one of the fastest‑growing brands in the country. This role isn’t just office‑based – it’s UK‑wide. Expect regular travel to openings and regional projects, where you’ll be the face of our brand on the ground. If you get energy from being in different places, meeting new people, and making things happen, this will suit you perfectly. This role also manages a Marketing Executive and multiple agencies, overseeing best‑in‑class PR, creative and local activation delivery. Through strong relationships with franchise partners, local businesses and community organisations, the Senior Marketing Manager helps drive long‑term brand love and sets the standard for how Popeyes launches, grows and thrives in every new market.
At Popeyes, everyone counts. Inclusivity and respect sit at the heart of who we are, and we strive to create a place where everyone can be their true self. That’s why we assess each application solely on your ability to do the job — and nothing else.
