A prestigious international law firm are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join one of their UK offices. This role involves leading a small team, to develop comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies, plans, and multi‑channel campaigns and projects. This role has a key focus on client relations, lead generation, and advising the firm on improving marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance to partners and professionals on using modern marketing tactics to achieve growth objectives and raise brand positioning.
  • Project manage on individual projects, and develop plans according to marketing data analysis.
  • Identifying appropriate channel mix for each project or campaign, covering various platforms such as email, web, social media, SEO, advertising, events.
  • Overseeing development of marketing content, from sales presentations web pages, event invitations and social media posts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and specialist agencies to ensure impactful communication and campaign execution.
  • Managing virtual teams of specialists, including PR, Events, Design and Web, to ensure timely and budget‑conscious project delivery.
  • Contributing innovative ideas and commercial insights to drive client demand and differentiate the firm’s brand in the market.
Candidate
  • Previous experience working within a legal / professional services firm (10+ years).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Experience in working closely with business development professionals.
  • Experience in managing other marketers – including managing development, leading virtual teams, briefings, managing suppliers and budgets.
