What you will be doing

• Lead a small team of onshore and offshore analysts to ensure optimal business support and value creation where possible
• Ensure positive engagement of the team through development plans and other means
• Partner with the marketing analytics team to prioritise analytical requests and opportunities for optimisation
• Inform the dashboard development roadmap by gathering requirements from marketing analytics team
• Inform new ways to cut data to narrate business performance aligned to stakeholder and business objectives
• Embed a regular way of working within the Performance Marketing analytics space to ensure data is being exploited to optimise marketing spend across the globe
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team to understand reporting and dashboard requirements

• A degree in a relevant field. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics
