Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Group Tax Reporting and Governance Lead to join our team, reporting to the Head of Tax. You’ll be a senior member of our growing tax function, responsible for overseeing and transforming our tax processes and compliance across the group. This is a pivotal role as we enhance the agility and scope of our reporting capabilities whilst appropriately managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of tax processes
  • Oversee end‑to‑end compliance cycle (corporate tax, Pillar 2, withholding tax) across the group, with support from other team members
  • Advise the business on information reporting requirements (CRS, 1099k) and support evolution of processes
  • Develop data acquisition strategy for pillar 2 to streamline future efforts
  • Manage group tax reporting process to ensure we deliver materially accuracy on a timely basis
  • Monitoring ETR forecast and providing key updates to important partners (Management, Accounting, FP&A etc).
  • Key point of contact for external auditors and group tax advisers
  • Implement appropriate control frameworks and policies across all tax compliance and reporting areas
  • Develop and support other tax team members
Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified accountant / tax adviser
  • 10+ years tax experience in a multinational organisation (preferably in financial services and in‑house)
  • Extensive tax accounting knowledge of IAS 12 and 34
  • Experience managing tax transformation projects is preferred
  • Working experience of Longview, Workday Financials and Google Workspace is ideal
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, with an ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly
  • Open-minded and willingness to consider and assess more effective working methods, including using our AI tools to enhance their own capabilities
  • Able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across the business
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support members of the Tax team
