Senior Manager, Product Management

Join Western Union as Senior Manager, Product Management. Western Union powers your pursuit. As a Senior Manager, Product Management you will lead the development and enhancement of Western Union's product offerings across markets and channels. You will support the execution of long-term product strategies, build business cases for new opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable growth.

  • Cross‑sell using customer insights, market research, and industry analysis.
  • Research and explore new growth sources across mobile, internet/eCommerce, telephone, and other non‑traditional channels.
  • Investigate new market opportunities to identify potential product offerings, strategic alliances, and new consumer segments.
  • Build clear business cases outlining revenue potential, prioritisation, and expected outcomes.
  • Assist in sizing and scoping opportunities to determine both short‑ and long‑term organisational benefits.
  • Partner with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product Management, CRM, Marketing, ANM, Operations, and Systems to coordinate product‑related deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on growth initiatives, customer‑segment efforts, and activities that support business goals.
  • Coordinate and execute product strategies and programs that reinforce the Global Brand at the local customer‑experience level.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements to enhance the overall Western Union value proposition.
  • Conduct competitive and comparative analysis to inform product direction and feature prioritisation.
  • May lead and manage aspects of the product P & L.
  • Develop product strategy and manage product offerings, including value proposition, features, pricing, and distribution across all channels.
  • Support Western Union's long‑term product vision through the initiation and execution of new product initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities (products, services, upsells, etc.).
Qualifications
  • University degree, plus 7+ years of related product management experience (MBA preferred).
  • Experience analysing market data, industry trends, and customer insights.
  • Strong ability to develop business cases and evaluate revenue opportunities.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with finance, marketing, operations, systems, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support product strategy and execution.
