Senior Manager Paid Digital EMEA
Position Summary

You play a key role in delivering paid media strategies across the region, with a strong focus on developing UK repertoire for international growth. Reporting to the Director, Paid Digital EMEA, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major digital channels, ensuring they are data-driven, cost-efficient, and aligned with both global strategies and local market needs. The position requires deep expertise in digital media buying, analytical decision-making, and a passion for amplifying artists on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, optimize and report on paid media campaigns across EMEA in collaboration with analysts, ensuring alignment with global strategies and adaptation for local market nuances.
  • Create bespoke paid media strategies that help develop regional and priority artist repertoire, with a specific focus on building UK artists for international growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with local marketing teams, global stakeholders, and artist teams to ensure campaigns are tailored and effective.
  • Educate wider marketing teams and share learnings with labels and global stakeholders.
  • Support the Director in shaping regional paid media best practices and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage relationships with media platforms and vendors to secure competitive pricing and added-value opportunities.
  • Track campaign budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital advertising trends, tools, and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of strong experience in paid media and digital marketing, with strong knowledge of global and regional advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management across multiple digital channels - Social (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat), Display, Video, Audio (Spotify) and Programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience guiding projects and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • An appreciation of how digital fits into the wider marketing/media ecosystem and understanding the importance of identifying target audiences as a starting point for paid strategies.
  • Passion for music and solid understanding of the digital media landscape within the music industry, including strategies for scaling local repertoire globally.
