A fast-growing fintech company in the UK is seeking a Learning and Development practitioner to lead their L&D strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to assess talent capability and design impactful initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in organizational development and a strong background in coaching and strategic partnership. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite in London and 3 days remote.
This newly created role is a strategic partner responsible for building organisational capability, strengthening leadership excellence, and embedding a high-performance, high-accountability culture. You will design and deliver scalable learning, leadership, and change initiatives that accelerate business outcomes, support organisational transformation, and develop a strong internal talent pipeline.

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
