A leading pharmaceutical company in the United Kingdom is searching for a Senior Manager, Learning Center of Excellence. This role focuses on adapting global training materials, facilitating live training sessions, and ensuring all learning experiences are compliant and effective. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in training with expertise in presenting to diverse audiences. This position requires occasional international travel, underscoring the importance of collaboration within a matrixed organization.
The Senior Manager, Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE) – Regional Training serves as the primary connection between an assigned region and the global Learning Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and facilitation of regionally relevant training by partnering closely with Training Business Partners, Learning Designers, subject‑matter experts, and regional stakeholders. The position plays a key role in ensuring learning experiences are effective, compliant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with business needs across geographies.
This is an opportunity for an experienced learning professional who enjoys working in a matrixed, international environment and acting as a trusted partner to regional teams.
To be considered, you bring a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life‑science training, learning, or capability development. You have experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (live, virtual, blended) and comfort facilitating sessions for diverse audiences across regions and cultures. You are willing and ready to travel internationally for 25% of the time.
