This role focuses on working closely with market teams to improve how we invest in building and upgrading restaurants. You’ll help ensure new openings and reinvestment projects meet agreed brand standards and support overall growth plans.
This role plays a key part in helping the team achieve its long-term goals. You’ll work closely with local and business unit teams, collaborate with colleagues across the Global Restaurant Development & Design team, and engage with the wider Restaurant Experience team and company organization to share ideas and drive progress.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Global Development, Investment Optimization & Standards.
You will have demonstrated success in leading or contributing to development, construction, or real estate initiatives within a multi-site, international organization.
Experience should include managing or supporting projects across diverse markets, navigating regional regulations, and delivering solutions that balance cost efficiency, scalability, and brand consistency.
