Sr. Manager, Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment (EMEA)

Your role
Labor & Employment
  • Provide day-to-day advice and counseling on a diverse array of employment issues arising primarily from EMEA and APAC, working in coordination with other members of the Labor & Employment Legal Team members and closely with HR and other internal teams to assist with employment issues, including: Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting employment agreements and separation agreements;
  • Advising on and assisting in the implementation of HR policies;
  • Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting benefits and compensation programs and plans;
  • Advising on labor issues and disputes as well as sensitive employee relations matters;
  • Providing employment law support for M&A matters; and assisting the compliance team with HR-related investigations and compliance matters.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
  • Manage all aspects of dispute resolution primarily related to EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions in coordination with a global legal team, including: Advising and coordinating with internal clients (commercial, design and construction, HR, procurement, IT, and other teams) on litigation and business resolution strategies;
