We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Process Improvement to drive transformative process improvement across Visa's global operations. This role goes beyond project management—it requires deep expertise in automation platforms, AI‑driven solutions, and digital transformation strategy. You will lead end‑to‑end automation initiatives, from discovery to deployment, leveraging tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Blue Prism, and emerging AI technologies.
