Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to ensure audit readiness across the global business.


This role will be instrumental in coordinating financial crime-related audits, including regulatory, internal, and external audits. The successful candidate will drive audit preparedness, documentation governance, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, ensuring a structured and efficient audit process.


This position offers cross‑functional exposure, working with Compliance, Risk, Product Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to strengthen audit execution and risk management practices.



Your mission


  • Coordinate and manage audit preparation activities, ensuring timely collection and organization of necessary documents.

  • Identify and engage the right stakeholders to provide input for audits.

  • Track, monitor, and respond to auditor queries, ensuring accuracy and consistency of responses across various teams.

  • Align with existing remediation efforts, preventing duplication of issues.

  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor audit progress.

  • Provide regular updates and escalation reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on the annual audit plan, keep teams updated, and actively monitor challenges.

  • Review and challenge reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment before finalization.



Qualifications


  • 6-8 years of experience in audit, risk, compliance, or financial crime within a financial institution or fintech.

  • Strong understanding of financial crime regulations, audit frameworks, and risk governance. Familiarity with group-wide audit and risk assessment frameworks.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously, engage with cross‑functional teams, and ensure structured execution.

  • Proficiency in audit management tools, issue tracking systems, and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Ideally, you will live within a commutable distance to the London office. Salary range for this role is £85,000‑£115,000 + RSU.
