Overview

As a Principal Consultant, you'll lead and deliver impactful Total Reward solutions, including:

• Designing base pay and variable pay structures
• Conducting benchmarking and job evaluation
• Creating career architecture and performance frameworks
• Advising on equal pay and transparency legislation
• Leading client engagements and managing complex reward projects

You'll also contribute to business development, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across our consulting practices.
