Responsibilities

• Produce the Management Accounts pack including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support cash management, including banking processes.
• Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Act as point of contact for external auditors during audits.
• Monitor and manage Foreign Exchange requirements.
• Support the improvement of financial processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on business external factors.
• Analyze external trends for decision-making.

Responsibilities to include:

• Full production of the Management Accounts pack, including balance sheet reconciliations, KPI analysis, and commentary.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supporting cash management, including cash flow, forecasting, and banking processes.
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register including the posting of depreciation.
• Assisting in audit process – acting as a point of contact for external auditors.
• Monitoring and managing Foreign Exchange requirements.
• Developing and sustaining high‑level, productive relationships across the organisation and with key external advisors (legal, tax, audit).
• Supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness of information delivery.
• Providing strategic recommendations based on external business factors.
• Monitoring and analysing external trends to inform board‑level decision‑making.
