A leading supplier of hardware in Rugby is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their Operations Maintenance Team. This full-time role involves maintaining and improving automated systems, leading a maintenance team, and ensuring equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering along with supervisory experience. Competitive salary up to £45,000 plus benefits.

We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations Maintenance Team at our Head Office in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role maintaining and improving our cutting-edge automated systems – from conveyors and cranes to robots and shuttle systems.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 11:30am 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. This role will be carried out on site.
