- Collaborative culture: close-knit technical and delivery teams who share learning and adopt new tech quickly.
- Broad exposure: regular engagement with specialists, statutory bodies and project stakeholders across the lifecycle.
What you'll deliver
End-to-end M&E coordination across multiple live schemes, from land-pack review and pre-planning advice through detailed design, site support and handover.
Technical ownership of mechanical and electrical packages: specifications, compliance, value engineering and buildability.
Clean information flow: submittals, RFI responses, change notes and trackers aligned to programme and cost plans.

- Keep teams current on evolving regs and standards; ensure changes are priced, recorded and communicated.
Detailed design (ConDoc)
- Compile M&E tender documents and performance specs for consultants and specialists.
- Lead design workshops; drive coordination between M&E, architectural and structural information.
- Review drawings, schematics and specs for completeness, compliance and value; close actions quickly with designers and manufacturers.
- Maintain a VE mindset without compromising performance, safety or maintainability.
Site support and delivery
- Review contractor tenders; contribute to pre-selection and technical adjudication.
- Support commercial and works teams before and after award; monitor—not supervise—installation progress and quality.
- Respond to RFIs, chase consultant responses and maintain auditable records.
