A leading luxury property developer is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join their team in Reading. The role involves conducting property viewings, generating sales leads, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance through to exchange. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in property sales, particularly in high-end products, alongside strong relationship-building and administrative skills. This position offers a competitive OTE of £60,000 and provides opportunities for networking and marketing.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a property sales position.
• Experience in selling high-end products is essential.
• Desirable to have construction / property experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings both in person and virtually.
• Generate sales leads by liaising with agents and following up.
• Progress reservations through to exchange and ensure compliance.
• Attend networking events and weekly sales meetings.
• Create marketing videos for social channels.
