Job summary

A leading sugar producer is looking for a Senior Logistics Contract Manager to develop strategic relationships with third-party logistics partners. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the lifecycle of logistics contracts, drive service excellence, and improve cost efficiency across UK and export operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the FMCG or food sectors, possess strong negotiation skills, and be adept at engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex logistics contracts in FMCG or food environments.
• Experience in managing 3PL performance across UK networks with EU export exposure.
• Knowledge of BRC logistics standards and food safety requirements.

• Manage the full lifecycle of logistics contracts with 3PL partners.
• Drive cost and service improvements through network optimisation.
