Package

• Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)
• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £32,000
• Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Job

• Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
• Make customers feel welcomed and well‑cared for throughout their journey
• Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
• Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
• Primarily office‑based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!
