As a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister, you’ll be responsible for securing new landlord instructions, conducting professional market appraisals, and building long‑term relationships with clients. You’ll use your local property knowledge and sales expertise to grow the lettings portfolio and contribute to the branch’s overall success.

Delivering exceptional customer service is key – you’ll ensure every landlord and tenant receives a positive, professional experience while representing one of the UK’s most trusted property brands.
