Qualifications

• 8+ years’ PQE in healthcare, inquests, or regulatory law.
• Experience advising on coroner’s inquests and regulatory proceedings.
• Strong understanding of Health and Social Care law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for CQC inspections and enforcement.
