Prestigious investment bank seeks a leveraged finance lawyer in a newly created role focussing on UK and European leveraged finance transactions while also offering exposure to a broader range of debt finance products. The successful candidate will act as a key legal advisor to a highly active Leveraged Finance team involved in originating, analysing, structuring, executing and managing complex cross-border transactions. You will support the origination and execution of a wide range of debt products, including acquisition finance, unitranche facilities, second lien structures, term loan Bs and high-yield bonds.
