Prestigious investment bank seeks a leveraged finance lawyer in a newly created role focussing on UK and European leveraged finance transactions while also offering exposure to a broader range of debt finance products. It provides an excellent platform for professional development and long-term career growth within a leading international financial institution.

The successful candidate will act as a key legal advisor to a highly active Leveraged Finance team involved in originating, analysing, structuring, executing and managing complex cross-border transactions. You will support the origination and execution of a wide range of debt products, including acquisition finance, unitranche facilities, second lien structures, term loan Bs and high-yield bonds.

This position is well suited to a lawyer with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach who thrives in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment and possesses strong knowledge of UK / EU leveraged lending markets.

Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England and Wales. The role is ideally suited to candidates with post‑qualification experience gained working in‑house or at a top international law firm. Excellent remuneration and hybrid working too.
