Our client is a Fortune 500, multi-brand, technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organisations, globally.

Marsden are exclusively retained to place candidates into this thriving business. We have already worked with this client on several mandates. Now they are looking to hire a senior Commercial lawyer with at least 6 years' City commercial technology experience ideally with private practice training as well as in‑house exposure. This is an exciting role in a dynamic global organisation with a growing legal team that will suit a commercially minded, outgoing individual.

You will be keenly involved in

  • Contract negotiation - dealing with complex supplier, partner, and customer contracts You will need to know the industry well and be able to present a pragmatic approach for the good of the business.
  • Internal networking - actively getting involved with other teams and adding value; and
  • Sales team partnering - you will be able to challenge senior stakeholders, and look at projects from a wider commercial perspective.
