A leading educational institution in Wolverhampton is searching for a Senior Lecturer in Counselling Psychology. In this role, you will deliver high-quality education to both undergraduate and postgraduate students and contribute to curriculum development. The ideal candidate must possess a doctorate and be an HCPC registered practitioner. This position involves mentoring students and fostering their success while being dedicated to educational excellence. A face-to-face teaching role based on-campus is required.
The Psychology department are recruiting for a senior lecturer in Counselling Psychology. You will need the knowledge, skills and experience in teaching counselling psychology to undergraduate and/postgraduate students. You will need energy and enthusiasm across the different aspects of your subject area and determination to ensure student success.
You will have a proven track record of teaching Counselling Psychology and experience of applied knowledge in these areas. You will be committed to enhancing the student experience and contributing to the performance and development of the wider team.
As a Senior Lecturer in Counselling Psychology, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, engage in scholarly activity and research, and provide mentorship to staff and students pursuing careers in counselling psychology.
You will have a doctorate and be an HCPC registered practitioner of counselling psychology (or clinical) and psychotherapy or be eligible for registration within an agreed timeframe.
