We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead D365 Business Central Consultant to join a growing organisation and take ownership of the strategic delivery, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned consultant who thrives in a leadership role while remaining hands‑on across all functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of D365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, and functional consulting across ALL Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Projects, HR, and more).
  • Act as the primary SME, guiding internal teams and stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and help shape best practices and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion system adoption across the organisation.
