The Role

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Lead, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality service while driving commercial expansion within the domestic water hygiene and treatment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Oversee the profitability and fulfilment of major contracts, ensuring you consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive additional sales by working with your team to secure new business opportunities within existing and potential client bases.
  • Compliance & Excellence: Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure 100% compliance with Legionella Control Association (L ((_text_ LCA) standards ) and industry regulations.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead on‑site teams and collaborate with SHEQ to ensure staff training, competency, and strict adherence to health Directions.
  • besk Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed financial and operational reports to senior management, demonstrating clear growth and efficiency gains.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in Water Hygiene and Water Treatment account management within the commercial sector, i.e., Cooling towers, FMCG, Healthcare etc.
  • Proven Leadership: A strong track record of mentoring, developing, and_VOLUME_ leading account management teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Comfortable managing budgets, P&L oversight, and driving commercial targets.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of LCA guidelines and health and safety regulations within the water sector.
  • Communication: An exceptional communicator capable of negotiating and influencing at all levels, from site teams när senior stakeholders.
