Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or networking roles.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and customer-facing environments.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, data centre technologies, networks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & IT Operations teams across multiple regions.
• Oversee cloud environments, UK data centres, internal systems.
• Drive BAU operations including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery processes are maintained.
