  • Manage the ongoing optimisation and monitoring of the portfolio's earnings and total return, ensuring diversification and adherence to risk and capital constraints.
  • Originate new investment opportunities through sourcing, due diligence, risk/reward analysis, and presenting findings to investment committees.
  • Oversee investments in various asset classes including private/structured investment‑grade and high‑yield assets, hedge funds, real estate, and private equity, ensuring seamless processing of capital calls, distributions and redemptions.
  • Negotiate investment terms, fees, and legal documentation with support from internal and external legal and compliance teams.
  • Manage and monitor relationships with asset managers, ensuring operational excellence and investment performance.
  • Oversee the efficient execution of investment processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily investment activities.
  • Collaborate with AXA Group Centres of Expertise to shape the investment approach in alternatives for long‑term strategic alignment.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on fixed income and alternative assets.
  • Deep knowledge of investment principles, instruments, and risk management techniques.
  • Proven experience in portfolio optimisation, asset allocation, and managing complex investment strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and report‑writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to grasp complex issues quickly.
