Senior Insurance Account Technician

Main Responsibilities:

  • This is a senior role working with Brokers, Account Managers, Claims and you Technical Processing colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
  • Good experience in processing delegated authorities and associated reinsurances
  • Working on complex accounts with brokers and external clients
  • Reconcile accounts, process and debit premiums and handle closings.
  • Maintain up-to-date and orderly files.
  • Liaise with the internal accounts team including Brokers / Sales and other Fulfilment colleagues.
  • Utilise in-house, Lloyd’s and Company market systems including Global XB, CLASS, LORS computer systems.
  • Manage and undertake assigned project work to time scales as directed.
  • Monitor and report on credit control.
  • Helping develop junior colleagues, improving their technical capabilities and
  • Help improve the overall organisational design, working with and learning about other Fulfilment colleagues’ roles, to better enhance the Client experience.
