A leading workforce solutions company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technician to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure systems. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring operational stability, and compliance with standards. Candidates should have over 5 years of infrastructure support experience and strong knowledge of Azure, networking protocols, and relevant certifications. The role is primarily remote, with a Monday to Friday schedule of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with cloud services including Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Manage network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
