Our client, a Top 100 London law firm, is seeking a Senior Immigration Solicitor to join their highly regarded team on an initial 3 month fixed-term contract basis, with the possibility to extend further. The Role

• Advising on a full range of immigration matters, including:
  • Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur visas
  • Skilled Worker visas
  • Global Business Mobility routes
  • Family applications
  • Indefinite leave to remain
• Providing strategic, tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.
• Collaborating with Tax, Property, Corporate, Employment, and Family teams to offer a seamless service.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring minimal disruption to clients’ businesses and personal lives.

About You

• 10+ PQE with a strong background ideally in private and business immigration gained from a leading law firm. Ex-Partners are welcome to apply.
• Excellent technical knowledge and a proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to develop strong relationships.
• Available at short notice to commence a 3-month fixed-term contract.
