Our client is building its Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability. This is a senior, hands‑on role for an experienced IAM practitioner who can both design architecture and execute day‑to‑day IAM operations across global sites. The role will support US, EU, and other international sites, translating IAM strategy into operational delivery while helping structure the function for scale in a regulated, complex environment.
Execute end‑to‑end IAM lifecycle for employees and contractors (Joiner / Mover / Leaver).
Manage access to email, phone, physical assets, Microsoft 365 licensing, and applications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple sites and regions.
Reduce IAM service backlog and stabilize service quality.
Support and enhance IAM architecture across Workday, Omada, Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and compliance systems.
Ensure automated, auditable, and compliant provisioning and deprovisioning.
Help structure IAM processes, controls, and operating model.
Create and improve documentation, SOPs, and role‑based access models.
Partner with stakeholders to define governance and access policies.
Act as the operational extension of IAM leadership, translating strategy into execution.
Work within ServiceNow for IAM requests and incidents.
Improve IAM service metrics, SLAs, and request fulfillment quality.
Provide escalation support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
Ensure IAM processes comply with GxP and regulated environments.
Maintain auditability and traceability of all access changes.
Support compliance and audit requests related to identity and access.
7+ years of IAM experience in enterprise environments.
Hands‑on experience with Workday IAM integrations, Omada IGA, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 identity & licensing.
Strong understanding of IAM architecture and integrations (beyond ticket execution).
Experience scripting (PowerShell, APIs, connectors).
Comfortable working in building‑phase or immature IAM environments.
Experience using ServiceNow for IAM requests.
Strong communication skills – able to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
