We are looking to appoint a Senior 1 Nuclear Medicine Technologist with proven substantial post‑grad experience to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. We are an internationally recognised hospital located in the heart of Kensington, London, and receive both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare for patients.
The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London that receives both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, medical and surgical wards, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, and a dedicated day surgery unit.
Our radiography services include Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, general/xray, and mammography. We also partner with Genesis Care who are onsite.
The department is ISO 9001:2015 accredited, and we provide a range of nuclear medicine examinations for many types of cancers, heart disease, gastro, endocrine, and neuro disorders.
You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team performing all types of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures, showing flexibility of shared tasks to ensure that we provide the best quality Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT service in a pleasant environment for both staff and patients, ensuring that a high quality, cost‑effective service is delivered.
You will be flexible, an effective communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail, and able to work collaboratively with other modalities in radiography. Able to perform IV cannulation and administer radioactive injections and other licensed products confidently, and ensure a safe and efficient environment for our staff and patients.
It is essential that you have confidently used Sectra PACs. You will be familiar with Siemens and GE scanners with experience as a radiation protection supervisor. You would also have worked on paediatrics.
The service is open Monday to Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm.
