Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cable System Design Engineering for HV/EHV transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience in regulated, quality-assured environments, preferably with National Grid experience.
• Knowledge of national and international standards, including IEC and CIGRÉ.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle cable engineering packages from feasibility studies to commissioning.
• Review complex HVAC and HVDC cable system designs and undertake cable rating studies.
• Support interface activity with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to verify compliance.
