A leading HR solutions provider in Aberdeen City seeks a dedicated HR Administrator to ensure the accuracy of people data systems and manage key HR functions. You will support the HR team in various projects, oversee onboarding processes, and lead a team of HR Administrators. Strong communication skills and relevant experience are essential for this role. Key role supporting the HR Function to ensure all tasks and administrative aspects of HR are delivered accurately and on time. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner you will be one of the main points of contact for all new and existing employees and responsible for the data quality, acting as superuser for the people data systems, responding to or directing HR related queries and coordinating key HR functions. This role is critical to the successful delivery of the HR team’s deliverables in support of business and employee growth.
