A leading health and safety consultancy is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for data centre and pharmaceutical projects in South Wales. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a safety culture on complex projects. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in health and safety management, with a NEBOSH Diploma and a strong background in high-spec cleanroom environments. This role offers a chance to lead HSE strategies and improve safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Health & Safety management.
• Proven background in data centre and pharmaceutical project environments.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety.

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
